Add an uptime page

There are many existing solutions for "uptime" pages, where users can view the current status of the service, which can be split into multiple things such as an API, App, etc...

Because Doran already covers changelogs, feature requests, and roadmap, there is a thing to be said about also including uptime/status for one big solution.

Many solutions such as Atlassian Statuspage only offer you a way to communicate with your users. On top of something like that Doran needs to add automatic pinging of services, and not be dependant on an engineer updating the status of them by hand.
